First 4 weeks

<aside> 💡 The first for weeks of your time here at Monta will be very focused at understanding the company, what we do and what your role in the company will be. The first 4 weeks, the goal is that you are given your first project/feature in the consumer app squad and running it from ideation to delivery. Don’t worry, it will be a smaller, but valuable project and we will be here to help you 🚀
